Euro Protocol is a special form of notification of the occurrence of an accident, issued by the participants of the accident and is an alternative to registration of an accident by the Police.

Where can I get Europrotocol?
The paper form is issued by the insurance company at the annual execution of the contract of CTP “autocitizen”. Europrotocol consists of 3 sheets: the title and two self-copying. The electronic version can be found at https://dtp.mtsbu.ua/index.html if you have access to the Internet from your smartphone or tablet.
What you need to remember when filling out Europrotol?
Corrections in the Europrotocol are not allowed, if in the process of registration you made a mistake, use the new form. If the information does not fit on one form, use another form and in the note be sure to specify the number of pages with information.

In the countries of the European Union, the registration of an accident without a traffic police has been practiced since the 50s of the last century. The Euro-Protocol Form is identical for all countries and is completed in the native language of the crash participant. The main idea of the system is to simplify the registration of an accident without the police.
Since 2011, Ukrainian drivers can issue an accident using Europrotocol if the following conditions are met:
The amount of damage does not exceed 50 thousand UAH.
No injured and dead
The driver did not drink alcohol and drugs
Both parties to the accident have valid insurance contract OSAGO
Between the participants reached a compromise in the circumstances of the accident
How to fill the Europrotocol
Carefully fill out information about yourself and data about the second participant, as shown in Figure 1 (see below)

From October 01, 2017, an accident can be registered with the help of the online system “Electronic Europrotol”. This will require a mobile phone or a tablet with a camera, Internet access and GPS.
How to fill the Europrotocol
To fill in the electronic version of the europrotocol, go to https://dtp.mtsbu.ua
If all the circumstances of the accident meet the conditions below, go to the next tab.
Specify the identification code and register in the system
If both parties to the accident have a valid contract, this window will appear
Take a picture of the car from 4 sides as shown in the picture.
Take photos of both sides of the vehicle registration certificate and driver’s license and add them as shown in fig. below
Mark the place of the accident on the map
Specify the circumstances of the accident
Choose from the proposed options the accident scheme
Indicate the witnesses of the accident, if they exist!
Check data again
Add your second and second participant of the accident phone number and click confirm
Wait for the SMS with a 4-digit code and enter it in the specified field
Europrotocol is full
