European Travel Insurance

ERV is an international network of travel insurance experts located in Europe and beyond.

In Ukraine, the insurance company ERV is the only insurer specialized in the travel insurance segment.

October 19, 2006 – the opening of the company “European Travel Insurance” in Ukraine. The founders of Europäische Reiseversicherung AG (Austria) – 69.9% of the shares, Europäische Reiseversicherung AG (Germany) – 25.1% of the shares, USK Generali Garant – 5% of the shares.

2010 – ERV Germany increases its stake in the company to 95% of the shares.

2011 – “European Travel Insurance” conducts rebranding and continues to work under the new brand ERV.

2012 – ЕRV Germany increases its stake in the company to 99.99% of the shares.

2018 – Euroins Insurance Group acquires a 99.99% stake in ERV Ukraine.
