In 1994 VESKO insurance company began its history, in 2000 – Ukrainian Insurance Alliance. The companies created a civilized insurance business in Ukraine. In 2007, the French group AXA acquired both companies, evaluating their European level and potential. So the largest market player appeared – AXA Insurance. The company has been operating in the Ukrainian market for 25 years, 11 of which are under the AXA brand, demonstrating stable growth, vibrant innovations and a real example of improving customer experience.

With new Canadian owner
In 2019, a new investor came – the Canadian insurance holding company Fairfax Financial Holdings, is present in 40 countries. Fairfax is a powerful international insurance and reinsurance holding company that is rapidly expanding its presence in the most potentially attractive countries. As part of Fairfax, the leader of the Ukrainian market opens its next page in a business biography with a new name – ARX Insurance Company.
